Shipping & Delivery

If the item(s) you are requesting to be shipped is oversized (i.e. items that cannot be delivered by UPS or US Postal Service due to size, weight and/or fragility of the item) or require local delivery, we have a team of moving specialists to meet your needs.

A City Mouse Country Mouse employee will contact you within two (2) business days (Tuesday - Saturday) of receiving your order to coordinate delivery and to collect any special instructions you might have. We will then schedule the delivery with one of our fully licensed and insured carriers based on the item(s) you are having delivered. Typical delivery times are one to four (1-4) weeks depending on the shipping location.

Delivery Charges
Shipping and delivery charges will be calculated for each item separately depending on size, weight, and the ending location. Merchandise listed price does not include shipping and delivery charges. Please feel free to contact us for an estimate before purchase if desired, otherwise we will contact you after your purchase with these details.

Damages During Delivery
We take great care in packaging orders but damage can happen during transit. Part of your shipping cost will include insurance. If you received your order damaged, please call us at 513-392-6446 within 7 days of receipt. A City Mouse Country Mouse employee will assist you with your claim. Any claims made after 7 days will not be accepted.
